"Incorrect Installation Guide"
I ordered some running boards for my 2018 F250. They’re a gorgeous product and really well-made. I started putting them on, using the instructions they provided, but after I had both the driver and passenger sides done, I realized something was off. I took them back off and called the company, only to find out they had sent me the wrong guide. After chatting with customer service, they sent me the correct instructions and even offered a little compensation for my trouble, plus they apologized. Mistakes happen, and in the end, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. I’d definitely buy from this company again. The customer service team was super nice to deal with.

"Some Issues, But They're Making an Effort"
There are a few hiccups, but the folks in customer service genuinely try to sort things out. They got back to me quickly and tackled the issues. In the end, they were short some hardware, which I ended up grabbing from a local store (that’s something they can definitely improve on). They offered a credit, but I didn’t even ask for it.
They’ve got a few things to iron out, but they’re putting in the effort. I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 4.
The website is great, but the customer service has been lacking so far.
They list specific times to reach them, but when you call, no one’s around. The chat option is a bust. Plus, the return address on the confirmation email doesn’t work.
At this point, I’ve handed over my cash but haven’t received anything in return. Not even a reply.
Did a little digging and found out what I should’ve known earlier. They’re not the best.
